qllctrinfo@gmail.comThese Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Qllctr, including the main iOS app and the Share Extension (“Save Link”). By downloading or using Qllctr, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Qllctr lets you save links from the web and supported apps, organize them with folders and tags, fetch titles and thumbnails when available, set reminders, search your library (including optional Spotlight indexing), and export backups.
Features may require an active Qllctr Premium subscription. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and meet the minimum age required by Apple’s App Store terms in your region. You are responsible for compliance with local laws.
Certain features require a paid auto-renewable subscription (“Qllctr Premium”), billed through your Apple ID via the App Store.
Free trials or promotional offers, if available, are subject to the terms shown at purchase in the App Store. When a trial ends, your subscription renews at the price shown unless you cancel beforehand.
Family Sharing: If enabled for the product in App Store Connect, eligible family members may share the subscription per Apple’s rules.
Pricing is displayed in the App Store at the time of purchase and may vary by region and currency.
Payments are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple according to App Store policies.
You control the links and notes you save. You agree that:
You are solely responsible for content you save, share, export, or open.
Qllctr may fetch titles, thumbnails, and related metadata from URLs you save and from public third-party endpoints. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or legality of metadata or preview images. Sites may block fetching, change URLs, or remove content at any time.
Links to third-party sites are provided for your convenience. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you visit them.
You may export backups through the app. You are responsible for safeguarding backup files and choosing where they are stored. We are not responsible for loss of data due to device failure, accidental deletion, failed backups, or user error.
Qllctr, its design, and original app content are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the app.
“Qllctr” and related branding may not be used without permission.
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that metadata, thumbnails, or reminders will always work.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF QLLCTR.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR QLLCTR PREMIUM IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) US $50.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the app, your saved content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
You may stop using Qllctr at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. Sections that by nature should survive (disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity) will survive termination.
You also agree to Apple’s applicable terms, including the Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence apply.
Any disputes shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, United States, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms. The current version will be posted at https://qllctr.com/terms with an updated date. Material changes may also be communicated in-app where appropriate. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Qllctr is a personal link library. Your saved links, folders, tags, notes, reminders, and thumbnails are stored on your device. We do not operate a Qllctr account system, advertising network, or analytics service. We do not sell your personal information.
Some features necessarily contact the internet—for example, to fetch link previews or to process your subscription through Apple.
When you use Qllctr, the app stores data locally in an App Group shared between the main app and the Share Extension, including:
This data remains on your iPhone or iPad unless you choose to export it or it is included in a standard encrypted device backup through Apple (iCloud Backup or Finder/iTunes backup).
When you save or refresh a link, Qllctr may send the URL you saved over the internet to:
Those third-party services may log requests according to their own policies. Qllctr does not control how those sites handle request data.
Qllctr applies security rules to block automatic fetches to private or local network addresses.
If you subscribe to Qllctr Premium, payment and subscription status are handled by Apple through StoreKit. We receive subscription entitlement information from Apple to unlock features. We do not receive your full payment card details.

Data may leave your device when you choose to:
You control where backups are sent.
If you use the “Save Clipboard URL” shortcut, Qllctr reads the URL from your clipboard only to save that link. Clipboard contents are not uploaded to us.
If you choose a custom thumbnail from Photos, the image you select is processed on-device and saved as a cached JPEG for that link. Qllctr does not upload your photo library to our servers.
If you enable reminders, Qllctr schedules local notifications on your device. We do not use push notification servers or remote messaging for reminders.
If enabled, Qllctr indexes selected link information (such as title, URL, notes, and tags) in on-device Apple Spotlight so you can search from the system search UI. You can turn off Spotlight indexing for the app, individual links, folders, or tags in settings.
Our Apple Privacy Manifest declares that we do not track users across apps or websites for advertising.
Data persists on your device until you delete it (individual links, folders, tags) or remove the app. Deleting the app removes app data from the device subject to iOS behavior and any device backups you maintain.
Qllctr is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the app, contact us at qllctrinfo@gmail.com.
We use standard iOS storage and App Group isolation. No method of electronic storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for securing your device and any backups you create.
If you use Qllctr outside the United States, your information is processed on your device and through the services described above (including Apple and third-party websites you save).
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information. Because data is stored locally, you can view, edit, and delete it within the app. Contact us for other requests.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version at https://qllctr.com/privacy and change the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
